We provide primary contract support in multiple Technology Services including Software Development, Cyber Security, Data Analytics, Cloud Solutions, Machine Learning and Business Services including Program and Financial Management, Business Process Re-engineering and Quality Assurance. We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Technical Lead to join our team. Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will use their enthusiasm and strong leadership skills to manage one or more complex IT projects.
- Provide breadth of modern technical knowledge and experience to design and deploy technical solutions.
- Evaluate technologies for suitability in the customer environment and develop proof of concept demonstrations to educate users and promote modern technologies.
- Draw upon system deployment experience within federal agencies to complete federal requirements for system operations including 508 compliance, privacy protection, and Authority to Operate.
Required Skills
- Capable of serving as an IT consultant to our federal customer advising on computing platform design, system configuration, and application system administration.
- Able to understand the customer environment and make technical recommendations based on a robust understanding of customer needs and federal enterprise IT best practices.
- Experience with modern technologies such as Robotic Process Automation, Low-Code/No-Code software, and e-signature products.
- Experience with web technologies such as ASP.Net, Drupal 9, React, Web Services
- Experience with database technologies such as SQL, MySQL, ETL processes, backup/replication strategies.
- Experience documenting technical solutions.
- Knowledge of the System Accreditation and Authorization Process (SA&A), Authority to Operate (ATO), Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) and Change Advisory Board (CAB) processes.
- Experience with managing complex system records in the Cyber Security Assessment and Management (CSAM) or comparable system.
- Experience with National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) security controls, the Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) security documentation tool, Risk Management Framework (RMF), and security compliance processes.
- Experience with technology leadership.
- Experience with communicating complex concepts and approaches to senior-level technical and management clients.
Experience/Qualifications
- At least 10 years of IT consulting/industry IT experience in a technical field.
- Experience with AWS services preferred.
Education
- Position requires BS/BA degree in a Computer Science or STEM discipline.
